Abstract (2. Language):
İn the reccnl years, the use ol" rotan ııickel titanium instruments in trie shaping and cleaning of the root canals in endodontics has gamed popularity. It has been suggested That by using these rotan instruments m slow-speed hand pieces on air-driven or electric rooiors at a constant speed the root canals could be shaped and cleaned rapidly and effectively without any undesirable shape deformations, in comparison with those of the hand Instrumentation techniques. . „. In this article todays used engine-driven Nı li instrument sistcms Hero 642 was described.
Abstract (Original Language):
Son yıllarda cndodontidc kök kanalların» temizlenmesi vc şekillendirilmesinde Nikel-Tıtanyıım esaslı döner aletlerin kullanımı yaygınlaşmaktadır. Ö/el psduksiyonlu anguldruvava takılarak sabit hır devirde kullanılan bu aletlerle, cl aletleriyle uygulanan yöntemlere kıyasla kök kanallarında daha kısa sürede vc istenilmeyen şeki! derişikliklerine yol açmadan etkili bir şekillendirme ve temizlenme yapılabileceği ilen sürülmektedir. Bu makalede günümüzde kök kanallarının temizlenmesi vc şekillendirilmesinde cn çok kullanılan Nı Ti döner alcı sistemlerinden biri olan Heı'û 642 (High Elasticity in Rotation) 642 (.06. -04 ve .02 tepe açılı) tanıtılmıştır.
