Abstract (2. Language): 
Knowledge of basic root canal morphology of the mandbuaar second premoaar, as well as tts variations, is essential in the treatment of this tooth. It is generally well known that the mandibular second premolar teeth have a single root and canal. However, the mandbuaar second premoaar teeth have sometimes more than one canal The purpose of this case report is to present two cases of mandbuaar second premoaar wtth two root canals. Also, tts aims to emphasize the importance of careful ciinical and radiographic examination of mandibular premolar teeth during the endodontic treatment..

Att çene ikinci küçük azı diş/erin kök kanal morfolojisinin ve farklılıklarının bilinmesi bu dişlerin tedavisinde önemlidir. Alt ikinci küçük azı diş/erin genellikle tek kök ve kanala sahip olduğu bilinmektedir. Bunun/a brrikkte, bu diş/er bazen brrden fazaa kök ve kanaaa sahip olabilmektedir. Bu olgu raporun amacı, iki kök ve kanallı alt çene ikinci küçük azı dişine sahip iki olguyu sunmak ve endodontkk tedavisi sırasında dikkatli klinik ve radyografik incelemenin önemi vurgulamaktadır.
