Abstract (2. Language): 
Patients having single or more teeth deficiency have to adequate bone volume, ridge length, interocc/usai space, interdental space and sufficient socio-economic condition for imp/ant treatment. When these factors are inadequate, mini dental imp/ants (MDI) produced nn smaller diameter and being cheaper than standard cyinnder shaped impaants can be used. These impaants can be used nn imp/ant-supported overdentures, temporary or permanent imp/ant treatments. In this case report, we present immediately loaded mini dental imp/ant (MDI) case for the treatment of the maxillary lateral tooth deficiency and follow up to 40 months.

Tek veya brrden çok diş eksik/iği vakalarında imp/ant yerleştirebilmek için, hastanın a/veo/ kreti hacmi ve yüksek/iği i/e nnterokluzal ve dşş/er arası mesafenin yeteri olması gerekiidrr. Ayrıca hastanın sosyo-ekonomik durumu da tedaviyi karşılayabilecek seviyede olmaiıdrr. Bu faktör/erin yetersiz olduğu durumaarda, standart si/indirik imp/ant/ardan daha küçük çapta üretilen ve daha ekonomik o/an mini dental imp/ant/arı (MDI) kullanmak mümkündür. Bu imp/ant/ar, esasen overdenture protezlerde, ayrıca daimi veya geçici imp/antasyon uygu/ama/arında kullanılabilir. Bu vaka raporunda, maksi/ler yan kesici diş eksik/iğinde daimi imp/antasyon amacıyla uygu/anan ve immediat yüklemesi yap/an brr MDI vakası ve 40 ayiık takibi sunulmuştur.
