Abstract (2. Language):
The purpose of this investigation is to compare dimensional stability of acrylic resins polymerized by conventional system, injection moulding technique and microwave energy, Lineer measuremen t method was used for dimensional stability test. For th\s purpose a metal master model, simulating the shape of an edentulous upper arch was prepared. After 24 hours and 28 days, the measurements were made fabricated on these models. The statistically significant difference amoung all groups after 24-hours, lost its importance for the conventional and injection specimens immersed in water for 28 days. When all the results are considered as a whole, it can be concluded that acrylic' resin poJymerization technique using microwave energy has the advantages of processing simplicity is time consuming, economic and can be accepted as an alternative to the conventional methods.
Abstract (Original Language):
Araştırmada, konvansiyon e] yöntem, enjeksiyonla kalıplama tekniği ve mikrodalga enerjisi île polimerize o]an akrilik rezinlerin boyutsal stabilite açısından incelenerek karşılaştırmalarının yapılması amaçlanmıştır.
