Trust in Public Administration: A Study in Point of E-Government

Abstract (2. Language): 
In this study the question on how the trust of citizens in public administration is influenced by the e-government efforts is tried to be answered from an administrative point of view. In this connection, trust and e-government phenomena are defined, the relation of e-government to trust is explained and, concerning confidential attitudes, the role, place and importance of the e-government in relation to the traditional and the new approaches in public administration are clarified.

Bu çalışmada, yurttaşların kamu yönetimine güveninin, e-devlet çabalarından nasıl etkilendiği sorusu yönetsel açıdan yanıtlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda, güven ve edevlet olguları tanımlanmış, e-devletin güvenle ilişkisi açıklanmış, güven açısından edevletin geleneksel ve yeni kamu yönetimi yaklaşımları karşısındaki yeri ve önemi açıklığa kavuşturulmuştur.
