Abstract (2. Language):
There are a lot of factors which are effective on increasing the job performance. The present study aims to examine the effects of the perceptions of decision control and process control on employees’ organizational identification and job performance via a model. In the study, the relations of all variables with each other are examined through some determined hypothesis and the compatibility of the model is analyzed via structural equation model. The validity of the mentioned model is discussed by applying compatibility tests on an experimental group which belongs to financing sector. As a result, it is determined that process control perception of the employees has an effect on the organizational identification levels, and organizational identification levels give influence over job performances in a positive and meaningful way as well. By examining the compatibility indexes, structural equation model is identified as an acceptable model.
