Abstract (Original Language):
Araştırmada, yönetici ve çalışma arkadaşlarından algılanan sosyal desteğin, sosyal çalışmacıların tükenmişlik düzeyleri üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda araştırma, Sosyal Hizmet Uzmanları Derneğine üye 152 sosyal çalışmacı üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlara göre, yöneticilerden algılanan sosyal desteğin, duygusal tükenme ve kişisel başarı olmak üzere tükenmişliğin iki boyutu üzerinde doğrudan etkisi vardır. Bununla birlikte çalışma arkadaşlarından algılanan sosyal desteğin tükenmişliğin hiçbir alt boyutuna doğrudan etkisinin olmadığı görülmüştür. Bu sonuç, özellikle sosyal desteğin tükenmişlik üzerindeki etkisinin destek kaynakları bazında (yönetici ve çalışma arkadaşları) farklılaştığına ilişkin daha önceki araştırma sonuçlarını desteklemektedir.
