Abstract (2. Language):
Cholelithiazis is a common disorder which may be present with coronary artery disease. Perioperative myocardial infarction is a major concern in patients with significant coronary artery disease and gallstones. The risk of myocardial infarction during major abdominal surgery can be reduced with appopriate coronary revascularization. Cholecystectomy can be performed either at the same time of coronary artery bypass grafting or after CABG operation. ©2007, Firat University, Medical Faculty
