Abstract (2. Language):
It has become a must for educators to stay current with the constant and developing
conditions of the information age. It is also vital for all professional groups to stay
current. The definition of educated man, the form of teaching and learning, what you
teach and learn will alter and develop, due to the fact that the educational institution
and educators will meet with new demands in the 21
st
century. In parallel to this
change, it has become very important to bring up individuals having creative personal
qualifications, which is important for this change and progress. Consistent with this
fact, it has become a necessity in the educational faculty, which brings up prospective
art teachers, to create a model of education fed and supported with the facts and data
of the new education epoch. In this study, within this concept, guidelines and
suggestions have been developed with the aim of providing a level of education in the
sections of the educational faculty which bring up art teachers, in parallel with the
dynamics of the century.

Bilgi çağının, sürekli değişen ve gelişen koşullarına ayak uydurmak her meslek gurubu
için önemliyken, eğitimciler için bir zorunluluk olmuştur. 21. yüzyılda eğitim
kurumlarıve eğitimciler yeni taleplerle karşılaşacağından eğitimli insan tanımı,
öğrenme ve öğretme biçimleri, öğrenilen ve öğretilen değişecek, gelişecektir. Bu
anlamdaki değişim ve gelişimde etken olan yaratıcıkişilik özelliğine sahip bireylerin
yetişmesi daha da önem kazanmıştır. Buna paralel olarak sanat eğitimcisi yetiştiren
Eğitim Fakültelerinde de bilgi çağıverileriyle beslenen bir sanat eğitiminin gerekliliği
doğmuştur. Bu bağlamda çalışmada Eğitim Fakültelerinin Resim öğretmeni yetiştiren
bölümlerinin çağın dinamizmine paralel eğitim verebilmesi amacıile öneriler
geliştirilmiştir.
