Cavernous hemangioma of the uterus is a rare lesion. We report a postmenapousal patient with abnormal uterine bleeding due to hemangioma and simple endometrial hyperplasia.

Uterusun kavernöz hemanjiyomu seyrek bir lezyondur. Biz postmenapoza bir kadında anormal uterin kanamaya neden olan, uterin hemanjiyom ve basit endometrial hiperplazili bir olguyu sunduk.
