Abstract (2. Language): 
Neurolytic symphathetic blocks with neurolytic agents are used for the treatment of a variety of sympathetically mediated diseases, including peripheral vascular disease and reflex sympathetic dystrophy. In this study we reported and evaluated lumbar neurolytic blockades with phenol in three patients who had ischemic vascular disease of lower extremity.

Nörolitik sempatik bloklar, sempatik sistem hastalıkları yanı sıra periferik damar hastalıkları ve refleks sempatik distrofilerin tedavisinde de kullanılmaktadır. Yazımızda alt ekstrem ite is kemik damar hastalığı olan üç olgu sebebiyle fenol ile yapılan kimyasal nörolitik sempatektomi sunuldu ve tartışıldı.
