Abstract (2. Language):
Waldenström' s mac-roglobulinemia is a rare slowly progressing İmmunoproliferative disease. İn this study symptoms, clinical findings and prognostic criteria of the eight patients who were ncwly diag-nosed and followed up by the Haematology Division between years 1981 and 1998 were eva-luated. Evan's syndromc in one patient and Rİchter's syndrome in another one were reported as rare and interesting compiicatİons that developed dııring the course of Waldertström macroglobulinemia.
