Antiglomerıtlar basal membrane disease: A case report. AntiglomeruSar basement membrane (AGBM) disease or Goodpasture's syndrome is an autoimmune disorder in whiclı lungs and kidneys are effected. Its incidence is 0.5 per nıillion. Male adulls are mainly affected by this disorder with unknown etiology. A case of rapidly proggressive renal insufficiency requiring hemodialysis trcatment, whose pulmonary signs and symptoms relieved only after intravenous gammaglobulinc treatment; though shc was treated earlier vvith cyclophosphamide and stero-ids wilhout any response, is herein reported

Antiği om erül bazal membran (AGBM) hastalığı ya da Goodpasture sendromu, insidansı milyonda 0.5 olan, böbrek ve akciğer tutulumu ile seyreden otoimmun bir hastalıktır. Etyolojisi çok iyi bilinmeyen bu tablo çoğu kez erişkin erkeklerde gözlenir. Burada hızlı ilerleyen glo-merülonefrit tablosu ile başvuran ve hemodiyalize alınan; immunosiipresif tedavi olarak sİklo-fosfamid vc sleroid kullanmasına rağmen akciğer semptomları ancak intravenöz gammaglobu-lin tedavisi sonrasında düzelen bir olgu sunuldu
