Abstract (2. Language):
Recurrenl pıılmonajy fhromboemholisnı and deep venous thrombosis in the priıııary antiphospholipid syndrome-Two-case reports. Antiphospholipid syndromc İs cbaracterized by re-curreııl venous and/or arterial thrombosis. Deep venous thrombosis and pıılmonary thrombo-embolisnı are the most common manifestatİons. Attacks of thrombocmbolism can be seen des-pİtc an cffcctive oral anticoagulant therapy. In the case of recurrences or contraindication to anticoagulant therapy, vena cava filter can be another choicc. In this paper, two young males with primary antiphospholipid syndrome wilh recurrent deep venous thrombosis and pulmo-nary thromboembolism in the absence of hereditary and secondary factors were presented and their treatments wcre discussed.
