Abstract (2. Language): 
Disc displacement without reduction of the temporomandibular joint, is treated by various methods including reassurance, physiotherapy, pharmacological treatment and occlusal treatment. However, when these methods fail, surgical treatment of this disorder might be necessary. In this case report, open surgical treatment of a patient with disc displacement without reduction, İs presented.

Redüksİyonsuz anterior disk deplasmanı, temporomandİbuler eklemin hareketlerinde kısıtlılık ve ağrıya neden olabilen bir durumdur. Bu hastalığın tedavisinde, bilgilendirme, motivasyon, Fizik tedavi, farmakolojik tedavi ve oklüzal tedavi gibi yöntemler kullanılmaktadır. Ancak bu konservalif yöntemlerin yetersiz olduğu durumlarda düzensizliğin cerrahi olarak tedavisi gerekebİImektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, konservatif tedaviye cevap vermeyen, temporomandİbuler eklemde redüksiyonsuz disk deplasmanı olan hastanın, açık temporomandİbuler eklem cerrahisi ile tedavisi anlatılmaktadır.
