Abstract (2. Language):
In this article we emphasised the importance of the press syndicates and how the problems have influenced the Turkish Press. In a country the development of the democracy depends on the development of the syndicate rights. So there is a relation between the press and the well using the syndicate rights. In conclusion we emphasised the syndicate rights for the development of Turkish Press.
