Abstract (2. Language):
The most important function for being a subject is to be in action
and to product as well. Subject is the one who is able to realise him or
herself in society. In this study it has been examined the development and
the formation of action of a student as an individual, in group relations. It
has been put forth that how the group effects the person and the
management function in the communication style. The study has been
supported by the focus group research which was held with senior
students in the Communication Faculty of Istanbul University.
