Intrapreneurship is one of the most important factors which fosters a company’s success in a competitive business environment. In this research, senior family companies are evaluated within the context of; the effects of the ability to see the technological opportunities, the willingness to change and past performances of these concepts on the intrapreneurship ability. In line with research extent, a survey was applied to the companies in Kultur University’s list of “Senior Family Businesses in Turkey” and the reasons and motives behind the success and sustainability of these companies were tried to be undercovered.

Kurum içi girişimcilik, rekabet ortamında bir firmanın başarısına katkıda bulunan en önemli faktörlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada kıdemli aile işletmelerinde değişime duyulan isteğin, teknolojik fırsatları görebilme yeteneğinin ve geçmiş performansın aile işletmelerinde kurum içi girişimciliğe etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda araştırma, Kültür Üniversitesi’nin kıdemli işletmeleri listesinde bulunan aile işletmelerinde yapılmış ve işletmelerin yıllardır devamlılığını sürdürebilmeleri üzerinde sürekli ileriye bakmalarının, gerekli yönetim önlemlerini almalarının yanı sıra kurum içi girişimciliğe bakış açılarının ne derece etkili olduğu araştırılmıştır.
