Abstract (2. Language):
This species has been imported very much to our country in recent years, and especially has been used in the veneer and plywood industry. The effect of the tree species on setting strength is known. That is why the plywoods which were produced using two different glues (Urea and pheol fromaldehyde) were taken and the samples were prepared from those plywoods. The samples have been tested. The results of tests were compared with Turkish Standards.

Bu ağaç türü son yıllarda ülkemi/e çok miktarda ithal edilmekte ve özellikle kaplama ve kontrplak endüstrisinde geniş kullanım alanı bulmaktadır.
Yapışma direnci üzerine ağaç türünün etkisi bilinmektedir. Bu nedenle iki farklı sentetik tutkal (Üreformaldehid ve Fenolf'ormaldehid) ile üretilmiş kontrplaklardan test örnekleri alınmış ve bunlardan elde edilen numuneler üzerinde yapışma direnci denemeleri yapılmıştır. Bulunan sonuçların ilgili Türk standartlarına uygunluğu irdelenerek, bu ağaç türünün kontrplak eldesine yapışma direnci bakımından uygunluğu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
