KISINTILI SULAMA KOŞULLARINDA TRİFLURALİN’İN BUĞDAY KÖK BÖLGESİNDE BULUNAN MİKROORGANİZMALAR ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

EFFCET OF TRIFLURALIN ON MICROORGANISMS IN WHEAT ROOT RHIZOSPHERE UNDER LIMITED WATER SUPPLY CONDITIONS

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
In the present study, the effect of Trifluralin “(2,6-dinitro-N,N-dipropyl-4- (trifluoromethyl) benzamine, commonly used as one of herbicides in agriculture, was investigated on microflora of wheat root rhizosphere that occur in different moisture conditions (field capacity, soil subjected to 20, 40 and 50%). Investigation of moisture ratio field capacity and reduced field capacity at 20% studies revealed that microflora was not been effected negatively and conditions provided the stimulus for development of some group of microorganisms soil subjected to 40% reduced field capacity caused a decrease in the number of total microorganisms, actinomycetes, yeast and fungal growth during 5. and 10 days of incubation periods compared to that of the control. However, the number of microorganisms between control and experimental field showed similar trend during other incubation periods examined. In moisture ratio, soil subjected to 50% reduced field capacity, the rate of microorganismswas less than compared to that of other experimental groups. But,there were no significant differences between trifluralin treated soil and control group within the some period.
