Abstract (2. Language):
Starting mainly from 1980s, the globalization process has played a significant role on the formation of economic structures worldwide. During this period, production capacities of some countries has become inactive, they began to force foreign trade rates substantially and so they became a market for some economic powers. Turkish countries has faced many diffuculties in this process and not able to take its deserved share from the prosperity. Due to the fact that many countries bagan implementing industrial policies, the other countries has also decided to implement industrial policies. In this framework, in this study by puting the market opportunities for Turkish world into centre of analysis we will try to determine the basic strategic areas for the steps should be taken in the process of establishing joint ventures.
