Cystiç/tubular ectasia of the Rete testis also knovvn as Rete testis cystic dilation is a rare entity vvith unknovvn aetiology and must be differentiated from testicular neoplasm clinically vvith patient age, mode of presentation, tumor marker status and ultrasound/Dop-pler examination findings. Avvareness and diagnosis of this clinical entity can prevent unnecessary surgery in these patients.

Rete testisin kistik dilatasyonu olarak da bilinen Rete testisin tubuler ektazisi (RTTE) nedeni kesin olarak bilinmeyen benign karekterli bir antitedir, klinik olarak hastanın yaşıyla, başvuru şekli, tümör marker durumu ve Doppler ultrason (US) tetkiki ile ayırt edilmesi gerekir. Bu klinik antitenin farkındalığı ve tanısı ile bu tür hastalarda gereksiz cerrahiden kaçınılabilir
