Abstract (2. Language):
Aim: We aimed to present the anesthetic management of a case with giant liver hemangioma. Case Report: An 66 years old man with abdominal mass was diagnosed with giant liver heman¬gioma. Mass excision surgery continued 5.5 hours. The patient was discharged home 5 days later without any problem from department of general surgery. Conclusion: The patients should be evaluated detailed preoperatively and proper preparations must be planned to prevent intraopera¬tive hypotention.

Amaç: Dev karaciğer hemanjiomu tanısı alan bir olguda, anestezi yönetiminin tartışılması amaçlandı. Olgu Sunumu: Karında kitle nedeniyle takip edilen ve dev karaciğer hemanjiomu tanısı alan, 66 yaşındaki erkek olguya 5.5 saat süren kitle eksizyonu cerrahisi uygulandı. Postoperatif genel cerrahi servisinde 5 gün takip edilen olgu problemsiz olarak taburcu edildi. Sonuç: Dev karaciğer heman-jiomlarının anestezi yönetiminde; hastanın operasyon öncesi detaylı değerlendirilmesi ve operasyon sırasında ani gelişebilecek hipotansiyona karşı yeterli hazırlığın yapılmasının gerekli olduğu kanaatindeyiz.
