IDENTIFICATION OF ISOLATED MICROORGANISMS FROM SPORT CENTER

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
This study aim is intended identification of microorganisms which are isolated from different parts of Kirikkale University sport center. In this study, the sampling process was in different parts of sport center that frequently used from Kirikkale University students. Sterile swab used for sampling. The samples cultured on Muller Hinton Agar which are previously prepared and identified with API test and Vitek 2. Staphylococcus cohnii ssp cohnii, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, Sphingomonas paucimobilis, Kocuria kristinae, Micrococcus luteus ve Sthaphylococcus epidermitis were determined from sport center and through the instruments used by athletes. The Staphylococcus cohnii ssp cohnii was found to be most commonly in the sport center.
