Education is accepted as one of the basic means of socio-economics improvement. It contains mutual effect of different dynamics and also difficulty from various sources due to its feature. They can be classified as the operation of the system, the factors related to students, and variables connected with institution and teachers. The purpose of this paper is to examine teachers' approach to problems of educational process and their professional and institutional commitment in this context. The teachers emphasized how the system is operated as a main source associated with troubles. Moreover, it was found that both the importance of institutional qualification and the factors related to student were stressed. In this process, in spite of the relative strength of their professional commitment; it was found that the decrease based on status and income, in terms of working enthusiasm

Eğitim, günümüzde sosyo-ekonomik gelişmenin temel araçlarından birisi olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu özelliği nedeniyle de farklı dinamiklerin etkileşimini ve değişik kaynaklardan beslenen sorunları da içermektedir. Bunlar, sistemin işleyişi, öğrenciyle ilişkili unsurlar, kurumsal ve öğretmenlerle bağlantılı değişkenler olarak sınıflandırılabilir. Yapılan araştırmada, öğretmenlerin eğitim sürecine yönelik sorunlara yaklaşımı ve bu bağlamda mesleki ve kurumsal bağlılıkları araştırılmıştır. Öğretmenler sorunlara ilişkin öncelikli kaynak olarak sistemin işleyişine vurgu yapmışlardır. Diğer yandan öğrenci bağlantılı faktörler ile kuruma ilişkin karakteristiğin önemi dile getirilmiştir. Bu süreçte öğretmenlerin mesleki tutumları incelendiğinde, mesleki bağlılıkların göreli güçlülüğüne rağmen çalışma şevki noktasında özellikle “gelir ve statü” kaynaklı sorunun yaşandığı tespit edilmiştir.
