Abstract (2. Language):
We performed a therapeutic endoscopic approach to iatrogenic ligation of ureters in a patient who had postoperative anuric acute renal failure after total abdominal hysterectomy/bilateral salpingo-oopherectomy and Burch operations. The cause of obstruction was vicryl sutures used during operation. This case emphasizes the importance of cystoscopy as a minimal invasive and effective method in diagnosis and treatment during and after all major pelvic surgeries.
