Abstract (2. Language):
Insertion of fixed dentures may influence the perilodontal conditions and may account as an etiologic factor for the periodontal disease. It is possible point out a positive correlation between Lhe extentinn of the restoration in the gingival sulcus, and the inflammatory reactions. This study carried out with the detection of the amount of GCF, radiographs, and the clinical measurements. By comparing with the control group the depth of the sulci in the study group were increased. In order to set up certain idea it is necessary to record the periodontal status of more bridges before the therapy and monitor them for a long time.

Mikrobiyel dental plağın retan siyonuna ve büyümesine etki eden faktörler periodontal hastalığın sekonder etyolojik faktörleri arasında sayılırlar. Restorasyonların dişeti oluğu içerisindeki derinliği ile disetindeki iltihabı olaylar arasında pozitif ilişkiden bahsetmek mümkündür. Bu çalışmalar genelde cep SÎVISI miktarının ölçümü, radyografik inceleme ve klinik parametreler, kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Kontrol bölgesine oranla köprü ayaklanndaki cep derinlikleri fazladır. Yine subgingival sonlanan restorasyonlarda cep derinlikleri supragingivale oranla fazladır. Kesin yargılara ulaşmak için başlangıç kayıtları alınmış ve uzun döneme yayılan fazla sayıda köprünün değerlendirildiği çalışmalara gereksinim vardır.
