POLİETİLEN LEVHALARIN SÜRTÜNME KARIŞTIRMA NOKTA KAYNAĞINDA KAYNAK PARAMETRELERİNİN BAĞLANTININ PERFORMANSINA ETKİLERİ

EFFECTS OF FRICTION STIR SPOT WELDING PARAMETERS ON THE WELD FRACTURE LOAD OF HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE SHEETS

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Abstract (2. Language):
The effects of the different welding parameters (tool rotation speed, tool plunge depth, tool dwell time and delay time)on weld fracture load of friction stir spot welds of high density polyethylene sheets were studied. The properties of friction stir spot welds have been determined to be highly dependent on the welding parameters. The tool rotational speed, tool plunge depth and dwell time were determined to be very important in a joint formation and its weld fracture load. The tool delay time had a positive effect on weld fracture load. The tool plunge rate had a negligible effect on friction stir spot welding of polyethylene sheets
Abstract (Original Language):
Farklı kaynak parametreleri (takım dönme hızı, takım dalma hızı, takım dalma derinliği, takım dönme süresi ve takım bekleme süresi) ile yüksek yoğunluklu polietilen levhaların sürtünme karıştırma nokta kaynak birleştirmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çekme-makaslama deneyi ile kaynak kopma kuvvetleri tespit edilmiştir. Kaynak takımının dönme hızının, takımın iş parçalarına dalma derinliğinin ve takım dönme süresinin kaynak dikişi oluşumunda ve dolayısıyla kaynak kopma kuvvetinde çok önemli etkileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Takım bekleme süresinin kaynak dikişinin kopma kuvvetini arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Takım dalma hızının ise kaynak kopma kuvveti üzerinde etkili olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
