In this study, the validity of the neoclassical finance theory is analyzed in terms of the Turkish Banking Sector. Bank loans have been ignored in the formation of productive capital in the neoclassic economies, Therefore, there is not any link between the real sector and financial sector, in other words financial system is a veil. The impact on the real sector of bank loans will vary according to whether firms are dependent on bank loans. In this study have analyzed in terms of economic that levels of dependence on bank loans of companies that operate in Turkey. According to the finding, firms are dependent on bank loans at a significant level in Turkey.

Bu araştırmada, neoklasik finans teorisinin geçerliliği Türk Bankacılık Sektörü açısından analiz edilmektedir. Neoklasik iktisatta, banka kredileri üretken sermayenin oluşumunda göz ardı edilmiştir, ekonominin reel sektörü ile finans sektörü arasında herhangi bir bağlantı yoktur, diğer bir ifadeyle finansal sistem bir peçe olarak görülmektedir. Banka kredilerinin reel sektör üzerinde yaratacağı etki, işletmelerin banka kredilerine bağımlı olup olmamalarına göre değişecektir. Bu araştırmada Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin banka kredilerine bağımlılık düzeyleri iktisadi açısından analiz edilmektedir. Elde edilen bulgu, Türkiye’de işletmelerin dış finansmanda banka kredilerine önemli düzeyde bağımlı olduklarıdır.
