Abstract (2. Language):
Dentinogenesis imperfecta (DI) Type I is isolat¬ed inherited condition transmitted as an autosomal dominant trait affecting the primary and permanent dentition. Early diagnosis and treatment of DI is re¬commended , as it may prevent or intercept deteriation of teeth and occlusion and improve the esthetics. The present report describes a case of tweenty-two years-old male patient suffering from Dentinogenesis imper-fecta Type I occuring with osteogenesis imperfecta. Restorative and prostodontic management of this patient is described. Both lower and upper jaw restoret-ed with metal-ceramic full arch prothesis. Metal-ceramic restorations were made to provide acceptable esthetics, to establish an efficient masticatory system and to maintain well phsicological status. It was observed that patient satisfaction, soft tissue and peri-odontal healty were good condition after three and six mounth clinicaly examination.
