Service sector, in particular in the field of security knovvn to be effective too intense stress and workload. Operation of private security order requiring dedicated employees, employee morale, motivation and satisfaction is very important. In this study, in the province of Manisa, private security personnel working in public institutions was to determine the level of professional satisfaction. Used as a tool for data collection survey, employees, working hours and corporate services, performance evaluation, occupational safety and health, occupation, work place, administration and management of relationships with institutional belonging and questions were asked about other issues. Despite complaints of a lack of staff status and salary of employees in general were satisfied with the conclusion reachedprofessions.

Hizmet sektöründe özellikle de güvenlik alanında yoğun stres ve iş yükünün fazlaca etkin olduğu bilinmektedir. Özel güvenlik çalışanlarının özverili olmasını gerektiren işleyiş düzeninde, çalışanların moral motivasyon ve memnuniyetleri oldukça önemlidir. Çalışmada Manisa ilinde bulunan Kamu Kurumlarında görev yapan özel güvenlik personelinin mesleki memnuniyet düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılan ankette çalışanlara, çalışma saatleri ve kurumsal hizmetler; performans değerlendirmesi; iş sağlığı ve güvenliği; meslek, çalışma mekanı, yönetim ve yönetim ile ilişkiler; kurumsal aidiyet ve diğer hususlar ile ilgili sorular yöneltildi. Çalışanların kadro durumu ve ücret yetersizliğinden şikayetleri olmasına rağmen genel olarak mesleklerinden memnun olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı.
