Abstract (2. Language):
For performing a large civil project, it is required to identify and study the site in which the construction is going to be built in there. Geotechnical studies are done for this purpose and with regard to some important features of rock and soil. It is obvious that the Knowledge of these features is required a visit to the site and understand the issues in rock and soil and field and laboratory tests on the samples are desired. In this research the Liquefaction and geotechnical properties of the Soil of the north route of metro line 3 in Tabriz have been assessed and investigated. Soil liquefaction does a great damage to structures built on soil stems. This phenomenon occurs due to the loss of soil strength. The sandy soils loose soil resistance may occur due to increased pore pressure. According to the over mentioned study, the phenomenon of the subway tunnel in soils engineering geological conditions, the calculation has been done and the probability of liquefaction in different parts of the tunnel have been investigated And the risk of liquefaction areas have been determined.
