Bu çalışmanın amacı, yöneticilerin kişisel değerleriyle, pazar yönlülük dereceleri arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaca ulaşmak için Erzurum’da faaliyet gösteren 56 işletmenin 186 yöneticisine anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular; Yönetici değerleriyle pazar yönlülüğün birbirini etkilediği, yöneticilerin pazar yönlülük derecelerinin yüksek olmadığı ve kişisel değerlerin pazar yönlülüğü desteklemediği yönündedir.
