Etimolojic Order and Conceptual Process of the Concept Ra’y
In the Islamic tradition thought, the ra’y is the most comprehensive name of
thought methods. Therefore, to display of the degresses of the meanings
concept ra’y is very important point. Either nass have or not in a subject, the
ra’y is adgudge with the opinion (ictihad) and deduction (istidlal) on a
subject. In the primary periods, the ra’y had displayed a lot of religion and
moral and low thoughts.

İslam düşünce geleneğinde re’y, düşünme metotlarının en kapsamlı adıdır.
Bu nedenle, re’y kavramının anlam derecelerini ortaya koymak çok önemli
bir noktadır. Re’y, nass bulunsun ya da bulunmasın, bir konuda ictihad ve istidlal
ile hükmetmektir. Re’y, daha ilk dönemlerde bir çok hukuki, dinî ve ahlaki
fikir ortaya koymuştur.
