Abstract (2. Language): 
Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a disease in which the patient believes that he has a body deufault which does not exist inreality or if the patient has body deufault believe that this deufault is more severe than the real deufault. Monosymptomatic hypochondriacal psychosis (MHP) is rare subtype of BDD, and has different treatment modulities, in this report we aimed to share and discuss BDD which begins in childhood and gives response to risperidone and fluoxetine treatment. In BDD there is idea disorder which can change from obsession to delusion, as in our case, the teatment modality may vary due to clinical feature of the patient.

Beden dismorfik bozukluğu (BDB), kişinin gerçekte olmayan, var olduğunu sandığı bir beden kusuru ile uğraşması ya da bir beden kusuru olsa bile bunu olduğundan aşırı görmesidir. BDB alt tipi olarak kabul edilebilecek monosemptomatik hipokondriyak psikozun (MHP) nadir görülmesi ve tedaviye yanıtı konusunda farklı görüşler olmasını da göz önünde bulundurarak çocuklukta başlayan, risperidon ve fluoksetinden fayda gören bir BDB olgusunu paylaşarak tartışmayı amaçladık. BDB’de obsesyondan sanrı düzeyine varabilen düşünce bozukluğu olduğu için bizim vakada da görüldüğü gibi tedavinin şekline karar verilmesinde hastanın kliniği önemlidir.
