Abstract (2. Language):
In tfi/s article, the importance of the factors of successful implant therapy and of Öte implant guide prosthesis are discussed. In addition to various classifications of implant guides, three different implant guides which applied to the two different ptients are present in this study. The first guide is for facilitating the implants to befixtured, just in place parallel with each other, by the surgeon. The main purpose of the second guide which applied to the same patient, is to provide a dialog between Hie surgeon and the prosthodontist about the vertical inclination of the implants. Transitional prosthesis is used for the second case in this study. This prosthesis aids to the surgeon as an implant guide and gives an idea for the prosthodotist and the patient for the results.
