Abstract (2. Language):
This study took place İn the Çimkent campus of the Hoca Ahmet Yescvi International Turk-Kazak University in the 2000-2001 education year.
Giving emphasize on drinking alcohol and drugging as being the one of the biggest dangers for young people and on factors that are effective in creating addictedness, the structure of personality, family and environment characteristics of the young people that show a tendency to become an addict for these matters.
After this, as an implementation, answers for the 28 questions İn prepared questionnaire regarding drinking alcohol and drugging were searched by interviewing 710 students.
It had been seen.that the consequences were reached to an anxious level and these consequences were evaluated from a number of different points of views.

Bu çalışma 2000-2001 öğretim yılı H. A. Yesevi Uluslararası Türk-Kazak Üniversitesi, Çİmkeııt Şubesinde yapılmıştır. Gençlik için en büyük tehlikelerden biri olan alkol ve uyuşturucu kuliammı,bunun sonucunda bağımlılık oluşmasında etkili olan faktörler üzerinde durularak, bu maddelere bağımlı olmaya yatkın olan gençlerin kişilik yapılan, aile ve çevre özellikleri incelenmiştir.
Bundan sonra uygulamalı olarak alkol ve uyuşturucu kullanmaya ilişkin 710 Öğrenciyle görüşülerek, düzenlenen 28 anket sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. Elde edilen bulguların endişe verici boyutlara ulaştığı görülmüş ve bu sonuçlar çeşitli açılardan değerlendirilmiştir.
