Abstract (2. Language):
There was two super power in the cold war era which was ended in 1989 by having been pulled down of the Berlin Wall. Therefore one power has been remained as the super power, USA, and become the center of the world. And its economical, liberalism, has become the only economical way for the world.
According to Fukuyama, the victory of liberalism in 90s s the 'end of the history'. After the victory, Fukuyama says there is no power against the super power USA. But he ignores the non govermental factors which are known as 'the oppressed and the insulted' same as the novel by Dostoyevsky. These factors can be seen in the attack against USA, the center of the new worid order, on the September 11m 2001.
