Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, the military of Asâkir-i Mansûre-i Muhammediyye’s establishment laws which formed after annulment of the corps of Janissary will be emphasized. In this study, after the briefly assessment of document, the document was transferred to new Turkish alphabet. This code of laws informed about the reason of establishment of this military and it’s arrangement, administration, employment, training, costumes, equipment, promotion, retirement, permissions of hadj and homeland, salary and feedings.

Bu çalışmada yeniçeri ocağının kaldırılmasını müteakip oluşturulan Asâkir-i Mansûre-i Muhammediyye ordusunun kuruluş kânûnnâmesi üzerinde durulmaktadır. Çalışmada belgenin kısa bir değerlendirilmesi yapıldıktan sonra belge günümüz harflerine aktarılmıştır. Kânûnnâme Asâkir-i Mansûre Muhammediyye ordusunun kuruluş gerekçesi, tertîbi, miktarı, idâresi, istihdâmı, eğitimleri, giyim-kuşamı, teçhizâtı, terfileri, emeklilikleri, sıla ve hac izinleri, maaş ve yiyecekleri ile ilgili bilgi vermektedir.
