KOROĞLUNUN DÖVRÜ, ŞƏXSİYYƏTİ HAQQINDA

'Koroghlu' is a epoch of heroism, which has gained historical reputation. The area of Koroghlu Studies has considerably developed in the folk-lore investigations of the Turkic People. This field remains an important object of the specialists in folk-lore. In the article the political-social and historical condition of Koroghlu has been carefully investigated. At the same time, in the article a number of historical evidences affirm that Koroghlu happened in the end of the 16th century, or in the beginning of the 17th century, known as one of chief Jalali's; and being connected with Anatolia surroundings. Either from some chronicles, or facts which brought from the epoch, it affirms that Koroghlu is an historic person. Here the problem is investigated systematically. So, it does not give way to the probability, assumptions, which it is impossible to prove. Meaning that, this article will be able to help in illuminating the important stage of Koroghlu Studies from an historical point of view.
