Abstract (2. Language):
In this study, the “âdâb al-bahth wa al-munâzara” knowledge of the founder and the first
work in which figures the shams al-din samarqandi this knowledge about who has written
his treatise about the Kemâl al-din Masud b. Husain al-Shirwani by written the Sharh
Âdâb al-Samarqandi and Orwell's presentation and critically edited will be offered. The
scientific explanation of the most important discussions of this work, a madrasa was read
as a textbook in the four centuries. This discussion about the method works consists of
three parts. The first part defines the second section and the third section of mention and
discussion in order to experience the most common words of the debate, philosophy, and
gives examples of contrary knowledge.

Bu çalışmada “âdâbü’l-bahs ve’l-münâzara” ilminin kurucusu ve ilk eser veren şahsiyeti
olan Şemseddin Semerkandî’nin bu ilim hakkında yazmış olduğu risâle hakkında
Kemâleddîn Mes‘ûd b. Hüseyin eş-Şirvânî tarafından kaleme alınan Şerhu Âdâbi’s-
Semerkandî adlı eserin tanıtımı ve tenkitli metni sunulacaktır. Münâzara ilminin en
önemli şerhi olan bu eser, medreselerde dört asır ders kitabı olarak okutulmuştur.
Tartışma metodolojisi hakkında olan bu eser, üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde
tanımlar, ikinci bölümde bahs ve münâzara düzeni ve üçüncü bölümde ise tartışmaların en
yaygın yaşandığı kelâm, felsefe ve hilâf ilmiyle ilgili örnekler verilmektedir.
