In order to reach a conclusion about the latest developments in our relationships healthy industry of our country and the development of industrial relations is useful to briefly describes the factors that play a role in this development.

Endüstri ilişkilerimizdeki son gelişmeler konusunda sağlıklı bir sonuca varılabilmesi için Ülkemiz endüstri ilişkilerinin gelişimi ve bu gelişimde rol oynayan etkenlere kısaca değinmekte fayda bulunmaktadır.
Endüstri İlişkileri balı ülkelerinde 18. yüzyılda sanayinin gelişmesiyle birlikte gündeme gelmiş ve bu sahada yasal düzenlemeler zorunluğu duyulmuştur.
Sür'alle artan nüfusun talebini karşılayabilme çabalan, makinanın işletmelerde kullanımı, büyük sayıda işgücünün istihdamı sonucunu doğurmuş, sermaye, işçi ve üretim ilişkisi de yasal düzenlemeleri beraberinde getirmiştir.
Baü ülkeleri sanayi gelişiminin zamanında ve yakından takibedilememesi ve sanayinin ancak Cumhuriyet döneminde gelişmesi sebebiyle endüstri ilişkilerinin bu dönemden başladığının kabulü uygun olacaktır.
