Geographical location and economic structure of the United States and Canada countries, though they are very close to each other in terms of labor laws and industrial relations form a structure quite different from each other. In this article, based on industrial relations in the U.S. and Canada özellikerini briefly first, then specify the positioning of the two countries will spend a brief review of recent developments in the legal point of view.
