i o ydlara kadar sürüp gelen iktisadî, sosyal vs siyasî özlem ve direnmelerin bir sonucu olarak değerlendirmek gerekir, 1990 Devrimi'mn ekonomik ve sosyal sonuçlarıyla bir bütün olarak, özellikle endüstri ilişkileri sisteminin çağdaş gelişmelere ayak uydurması yönünden bir başlangıç olduğunu açıklıkla söyleyebiliriz. Gerçekten 19öl Anayasası Ülkenin ekonomik ve sosyal kalkınmasını plânlı gelişmeye bağlarken, ayrıca çalışma hayatı ile ilgili temel haktan da Anayasa güvencesi akma almıştır. Özellikle çalışma, çocuk, genç ve kadınların knnınması, dinlerime, Sdil ücret, sendika kurma, toplu sözleşme ve grev hakkı, sosyal güvenlik, sağlık ve konutla ilgili koruyucu Anayasa hükümleri bu arada sayılabilir.
