Abstract (Original Language):
Otozomal dominant polikistik böbrek hastalığı (ODPBH), her iki böbrekte yaygın kistlerin görüldüğü kalıtsal bir hastalıktır. Bu hastalıkta böbrek kistleri dışında çeşitli sistemlere ait kistik ve kistik olmayan bulgularla karşılaşılabilir. Otozomal dominant polikistik böbrek hastalığının ekstrarenal bulguları çeşitli komplikasyonlara yol açabilir; hastaların mor-bidite ve mortalitesini etkileyebilir (1).
