Abstract (2. Language):
Constracting a maxillary anterior fixed prosthesis is a challenging and technic sensitive process. It may even be more difficult because of the patient's high expectations and demands. If conventional fixed partial denture is the treatment of choice, the pontic of the restoration have to fulfill esthetic, mechanical, functional and hygenic requirements. Ovoid pontic design has the ability to cover the aesthetic demands with a natural emergence profile and the other properties which are expected from an acceptable restoration. In this case report, an absance of a maxillary left central incisor restored with a teeth supported fixed partial denture with an ovoid pontic design was presented.
