THE EVXJLATION OF BOND STRENGTH OF THREE DIFFERENT CEMENTS IN CEMENTING CAST CROWN TO COMPOSITE CORES

This investigation evaluated bond strengths of three different dental cements in cementing cast crowns to composite resin cores. 30 standard cores were made from composite resin (President light cure, Mtinchcn/Gcrinany ). hull crown castings made to fit a standard maxillary first premolar crown preparation were made. Cr-Co alloy (Wironit) crowns were east for each core and cemented with resin . /.inc poly earboxy late and glass ionomer luting cement . The specimens were stored at 37 OC in distilled water for 20 days. After storage the bond strengtii was measured by uiing Kounsfield tensumeter in tensile mode at a. cross head speed of 5 mm/min.The results were compared .statistically by using Analysis of Variance. According to analysis of variance resul Is. there is a significant difference between groups (p<On()()l). The resin cement showed the highest bond strengths value than the other groups (324 Nt.). The lowest mean among cements were obtain from zinc polycajbo'tylatc cement (164 Ml).

Bu araştırmada kompoz.it resin kor üzerine yapıları döküm kuronların 3 farklı sıman ılc Yapıştırıldıktan sonra oluşan bağlanma dirençleri incelenmiştir. Kompoziı resin kor materyalinden {President light cure, Mıitıehen/ Germany) 30 adet standart kor yapıldı. Üst birinci küçük azı şeklinde olan korların tu! kuron dökümleri krom kobalt alaşımından (Wiron.it) hazırlandı. Resin, çinkopoli karbok-siîiil ve cam iyonomeı esaslı yapıştırma sımanı ile vapış- tırıldı. Örnekler 37"C de disüle suda 20 gün bekletildi. Bağlanma direnci testi Hotınsfield gerilim ölçer cilıa/m-da 5 ınm/dk hızla ölçüldü. Sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak Varyans Analizi ile test edildi. Varyans Analizi sonuclarma göre gruplar arasında (p <0,00l) seviyesinde fark tespii edildi. Resin siman, diğer simanlara göre en yüksek bağlanma direncine sahip materyal olarak tespit edildi(324 Nt). En düşük bağlimmu değeri ise çinko polikarboksilul sımanda gözlendi. (I64N0.
