MINERAL TRIOXIDE AGGREGATE: LITERATURE REVIEW

Journal Name:

Publication Year:

Keywords (Original Language):

Abstract (2. Language):
Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) is recently one of the introduced dental materials. First, it was developed as a root-end filling material for periapical surgery and for the sealing barrier between the root canal system and the surrounding tissues. Nowadays, mineral trioxide aggregate has been used also different clinical applications such as root-end fillings, direct pulp caps, perforation repairs in roots or furcations and apexffication. In the review, chemical, physical, antimicrobial, biologic properties and ciinical applications of MTA are presented.
Abstract (Original Language):
Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) dşş hekimliğine yeni tanıtı/an materyallerden brridrr.
