The purpose of the study is to solve the problem of determining the best sub-contractor among those which sew the orders of the worldwide known brands in the clothing sector through multi criteria decision making (MCDM) models. Hence two models are utilised for the determination of the best sub-contractor. The decision-making criteria are determined through utilising the preliminary interviews with three suppliers in the sector and the literature review on supplier selection. By this means original criteria are brought to the literature as the criteria for supplier selection. As the criteria of decision problem have hierarchic structure the AHP and VIKOR models are utilised. In the decision problem there are 6 main-criteria, 18 sub-criteria and 4 alternatives. While AHP model gives weight to the criteria, it is influenced by extreme values.

Çalışmamızın amacı Hazır Giyim Sektöründe dünyaca ünlü markaların siparişlerini diken en iyi fason işletme seçimi problemini Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri ile çözmektir. Bunun için en iyi fasoncu seçiminde iki yöntem ortaya koyulmuştur. Karar probleminin kriterleri, sektördeki üç tedarikçi firma ile yapılan ön mülakatlardan ve literatürde tedarikçi seçimi çalışmalarından yararlanılarak belirlenmiştir. Bu sayede literatüre tedarikçi seçim kriteri olarak yeni kriterler eklenmiştir. Karar probleminin kriterleri hiyerarşik yapıya uygun olduğu için AHP ve VIKOR yöntemleri çözümde kullanılmıştır. Karar probleminde 6 ana kriter, 18 alt kriter ve 4 alternatif bulunmaktadır. AHP yöntemi kriterlere ağırlık verirken, uç değerlerden fazla etkilenmiştir.
