Abstract (2. Language):
The most important objective parameter that shows the improvement of life quality is decrease of angina pectoris symptoms after coronary artery bypass grafting. We made poll with 51 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting to investigate the statement mentioned above. Angina pectoris was present in 48 patients before surgery but the number of patients who had angina pectoris was 5 after coronary artery bypass grafting This result is significantly important (p < 0,001). Coronary artery bypass grafting improves the quality of life of the patients with coronary artery disease.
Abstract (Original Language):
Koroner arter hastalığı olan kişilerde koroner arter bypass ameliyatları sonrasında yaşam kalitesindeki artışı objektif olarak ortaya koyan en önemli parametre angina pektoris yakınmasındaki azalmadır. Bunu göstermek amacıyla koroner bypass operasyonu yapılmış 51 hastaya anket uygulanmıştır. Operasyon öncesi 48 koroner arter hastasında angina pektoris yakınması mevcut iken, bu sayı ameliyat sonrası 5'e düşmüştür. Sonuç ileri derecede anlamlı bulunmuştur (p < 0,001). Koroner arter bypass operasyonları koroner arter hastalarının yaşam kalitesini önemli derecede arttırmaktadır.
